Opportunities

TV3 is offering internships during the Spring, Summer and Fall semesters. We are seeking creative, enthusiastic and fun college students or recent grads.

Current Opportunities:

1. The Video Production intern will be given weekly assignments to cover local Medford events. We will provide the training, equipment and gas money. You must have transportation to get to the assigned locations. Assignments could include public meetings, speaking events, markets, festivals, concerts or even profiles of local people or businesses. You will be encouraged to suggest ideas as well as take direction.

2. The Editing Intern will be given weekly pieces to edit using AVID, Final Cut Pro, Premiere or Moviemaker (editor's choice.) Pieces may include local events as listed above, or could be promos or shows produced by staff, such as our TV3 Art Gallery show. You must have some basic editing experience to qualify for this internship.

3. The Marketing Intern will develop promotional ideas to assist in the outreach for TV3. The intern may write blogs, press releases, and content for our website and TV bulletin boards, as well as develop ideas for video promos. The intern may also plan events, such as open houses and parties to increase awareness and grow membership. You must have strong writing skills and a desire to come up with new and fun ways to reach people.

Hours: Approx 15-20 hours a week, flexible schedule

These internships are currently unpaid, but could lead to a future paid position for the right candidate.
